Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Established Project Engineer to coordinate daily project activities, budgets and staffing. The role focuses on estimating costs, analyzing data, and aligning tasks with sales, engineering and field teams.

Responsibilities include programming controls, developing operation sequences, and ensuring customer satisfaction while staying within budget guidelines. Some fieldwork with control systems is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Project Engineering/Management experience.
• Computers, setup procedures, and networking systems knowledge.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Experience with Carrier i-Vu, Tridium or BACnet systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• DDC control theory and HVAC/building automation knowledge.
• HVAC and/or Building Automation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advanced BAS/controls programming knowledge; Carrier i-Vu experience a plus.
• Program controls systems and implement sequences of operations.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets and staffing requirements.
• Estimate project costs and analyze data; prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate tasks with functional groups; manage timelines.
• Create submittals; read project specs and MEP drawings.
