Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced HVAC Area Project Manager Lead to oversee commercial construction modernization and BAS controls projects in the North Texas area, including Dallas. This is a hands-on leadership role with mentoring responsibilities for Project Managers, Engineers and Coordinators.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years HVAC and 4+ years project management experience, with strong MS Office skills and willingness to travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Willing to travel up to 35% within the assigned coverage area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the North Texas coverage area including Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Controls Field Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
• Directly manage a portfolio of projects, owning planning, execution, financial performance, and customer relationships.
• Lead and manage project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Ensure milestones, timelines, budgets, and performance targets are met.
• Utilize Carrier tools to manage and track progress.
