Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks an HVAC Area Project Manager Lead to oversee commercial construction modernization and BAS projects across the North Texas area. This is a working leadership role based in Dallas, TX, with incentive eligibility.

You will supervise a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Coordinators while managing schedules, budgets, and client relations to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Willing to travel up to 35% within the assigned coverage area.

Responsabilités

• Primary work location: Dallas, TX.
• Oversee the North Texas coverage area, including Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa.
• Supervise and mentor a team consisting of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Controls Field Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
• Directly manage a portfolio of projects alongside the team, owning planning, execution, financial performance, and customer relationships on assigned jobs.
• Lead and manage project schedules in collaboration with the project team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Ensure projects meet all milestones, timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
• Utilize Carrier Project Management tools and systems to manage and track project progress.
• Develop and implement best practices for project management, including standards, procedures, and tools.
• Maintain and report on KPIs, including revenue backlog forecasting, underbilling, revenue reconciliation, and assistance with accounts receivable issues.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, functional groups, and external clients.
• Assess project team staffing needs and recruit new team members as necessary.
• Use job information systems to monitor data and support procurement/manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Carrier policies and codes of conduct.
