Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking an experienced HVAC Building Controls Application Engineer to design, program, configure, commission, and troubleshoot commercial building automation and HVAC control systems.

This role develops complete building control solutions, including control sequences, drawings, network layouts, and equipment selection, while collaborating with field technicians and customers to ensure project specifications are met.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 2+ years in HVAC controls or BAS programming.
• Knowledge of control theory and ATC; BAS/BMS design, installation, and commissioning.
• Ability to read schematics, sequences, and control drawings; strong software skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure HVAC building automation systems per specs.
• Develop control drawings, flow diagrams, sequences, BOMs, network layouts.
• Program, test, and commission building control software for projects.
• Coordinate drawings, equipment schedules, and submittals for installation.
• Troubleshoot systems, assist with commissioning, and ensure proper turnover.
