Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking an HVAC Assistant Project Manager to join a growing mechanical contractor delivering major projects across Long Island and the NYC Metro area.

You will support project managers with schedules, budgets, procurement, and coordination with field teams and GCs, using Procore to manage project information and reporting. This onsite role offers exposure to large-scale installations and a clear step up in your project management career.

Qualifications

• Experience within HVAC/MEP construction is required.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with project budgets and schedules is desirable.
• Experience using Procore is a plus.

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join a growing HVAC / Mechanical Contractor delivering major projects across the Long Island and NYC Metro area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HVAC, Mechanical or MEP construction experience who is looking to take the next step in their project management career.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting Project Managers with the delivery of HVAC and mechanical construction projects
• Assisting with project schedules, documentation and reporting
• Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors and General Contractors
• Supporting budget tracking, procurement and project administration
• Assisting with manpower planning and project coordination
• Using platforms such as Procore to manage project information

What We're Looking For:

• Experience within HVAC, Mechanical or MEP Construction
• Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer or similar
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with field teams and project stakeholders
• Experience working with project budgets and schedules is desirable
• Experience with Procore is a plus
• Must be authorised to work in the US
