We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a growing and well-established organization serving commercial, municipal, and industrial clients throughout Long Island. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on professional who can successfully lead HVAC installation projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects for commercial, county, and industrial facilities.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Oversee HVAC system installations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve design, construction, and installation challenges proactively.
• Manage the procurement of HVAC equipment and materials while negotiating cost-effective vendor agreements.
• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of HVAC industry experience, preferably in project management, construction, or installation oversight.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processes.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
