Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily and high-rise residential HVAC projects across Long Island and the NYC Metro. This onsite role requires managing field teams, budgets and schedules while coordinating with General Contractors and using Procore to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC, Mechanical or MEP construction experience.
• Experience as HVAC/Mechanical/MEP Project Manager on ground-up work.
• Multifamily or high-rise residential experience desirable.
• Experience managing field teams, manpower and project budgets.
• Procore experience advantageous.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC and Mechanical projects from installation through to completion.
• Oversee ground-up multifamily and high-rise residential HVAC installations.
• Manage self-performed HVAC and Mechanical field teams.
• Coordinate manpower, budgets and project costs with senior leadership.
• Work closely with General Contractors on schedules, deadlines and project delivery.
• Monitor progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Utilize Procore and other project management software.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily and high-rise residential HVAC projects across Long Island and the NYC Metro area. This is a hands-on Mechanical Project Management role within a self-performing HVAC contractor. You will manage field installation teams, manpower, project budgets and schedules while maintaining strong relationships with General Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC and Mechanical projects from installation through to completion.


• Oversee ground-up multifamily and high-rise residential HVAC installations.


• Manage self-performed HVAC and Mechanical field teams.


• Coordinate manpower, budgets and project costs with senior leadership.


• Work closely with General Contractors on schedules, deadlines and project delivery.


• Monitor project progress and ensure HVAC installations are delivered on time and within budget.


• Utilise project management software, including Procore.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC, Mechanical or MEP construction experience.


• Previous experience as an HVAC Project Manager, Mechanical Project Manager or MEP Project Manager.


• Experience managing ground-up Mechanical or HVAC construction projects.


• Multifamily or high-rise residential experience is highly desirable.


• Experience managing field teams, manpower and project budgets.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Procore experience is advantageous.


• Must be authorised to work in the US.
