Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking an HVAC Assistant Project Manager to join a growing mechanical contractor delivering major projects across Long Island and the NYC Metro area.

You will support project managers with schedules, budgets, procurement, and coordination with field teams and GCs, using Procore to manage project information and reporting. This onsite role offers exposure to large-scale installations and a clear step up in your project management career.

Qualifications

• Experience within HVAC/MEP construction is required.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role is preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with project budgets and schedules is desirable.
• Experience using Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of HVAC and mechanical construction projects.
• Assist with project schedules, documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors and general contractors.
• Support budget tracking, procurement and project administration.
• Assist with manpower planning and project coordination.
• Use Procore to manage project information.
