Nextech in Texas is seeking an Area Service Manager to lead the technician team across the Odessa area. You will supervise field technicians, drive safety, quality workmanship, and partner with the Operations Manager to forecast staffing and ensure service excellence.

This role demands strong technical knowledge, recruiting experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced HVAC environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years as an HVAC Service Technician; management experience a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge to support technicians and customers.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Must conduct professional conversations with customers and resolve concerns locally.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and supervise technicians for the area.
• Forecast staffing needs with Operations Manager.
• Ensure technician productivity meets goals.
• Lead weekly service meetings and communicate goals.
• Maintain customer relationships in the assigned area.
