Job summary

You will support sales with preliminary and final submittals, and coordinate cost reviews with internal teams.

Qualified candidates typically have 2+ years in HVAC project management or estimating, or 5+ years in HVAC roles, with an engineering background and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two years in HVAC project management or estimating, or five years in HVAC with related experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature controls preferred.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Validate equipment sizing, configuration, voltage, and options from plans and estimates.
• Evaluate cost savings and potential issues across projects.
• Prepare submittals and support cost reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate with sales and update pricing worksheets; ensure accurate quantities.
• Provide post-order technical support for installation, startup and warranty.
