CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking an Application Engineer to join our engineering team focusing on application engineering for our HVAC equipment. You will shape and support innovative ventilation solutions across diverse projects, collaborating with sales, R&D, and service teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on design review, technical guidance, and the development of training resources. A BS in engineering and 0–5 years experience with HVAC are preferred; this is not a remote role.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years engineering experience.
• Strong data manipulation and analysis using Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with ability to handle long-term tasks with minimal guidance.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal sales and engineering to design ventilation solutions.
• Review critical projects for accuracy and alignment with design standards.
• Provide real-time technical guidance to sales engineers.
• Develop training materials and design tools for the sales team.
• Review and analyze remote monitoring data.
