Job summary

CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking an Application Engineer to join our engineering team focused on application engineering for a diverse line of HVAC equipment.

The role involves working in a fast-paced, result-driven environment and shaping innovative HVAC solutions for real-world applications. The position requires a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), 0–5 years of engineering experience, and strong Excel data- manipulation skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (mechanical or electrical) preferred.
• 0-5 years engineering experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC/Ventilation systems preferred.
• Must be able to manipulate data to derive trends using Excel or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales engineers by exploring applications and equipment types to meet project requirements.
• Develop training materials for the internal sales engineering team.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and service teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
