Job summary

Johnson Barrow INC is seeking an estimator to support bids and project execution for HVAC systems. You will review drawings, prepare estimates, and help drive competitive proposals while engaging with sales and project teams.

You will use manufacturer tools and participate in pre-bid meetings to ensure accurate quotes and timely bid responses. Experience in HVAC estimating is preferred, with AutoCAD as a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of estimating experience.
• Experience in the HVAC industry strongly preferred.
• Sales experience is not required, but a plus.
• AutoCAD is not required, but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications and contract documents to identify project requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive, accurate and competitive estimates/proposals.
• Utilize various manufacturer tools and software to develop accurate quotes.
• Participate in estimating, pre-qualification and pre-bid meetings with full engagement.
• Coordinate bid reviews for strategic projects and support bid forecasting.
