Job summary

Rudolph Libbe Group GEM Service is seeking an Account Manager to grow and nurture client relationships, price and organize small HVAC projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams in Columbus, OH.

You will be the primary client contact, provide strategic guidance, prepare detailed estimates, and drive account expansion while collaborating with sales, accounting, technicians, and dispatch teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of HVAC service-related project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance on how our HVAC services support their goals.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing accounts.
• Proactively identify client needs and drive account expansion by offering full range of services.
• Assist customers with planning and scope development for retrofit and/or replacement projects.
• Perform site visits and assemble detailed project estimates.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposal presentations.
• Lead job turnover: project setup, pre-project meeting, site visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic account plans with growth targets.
• Negotiate Project and Maintenance contracts with clients.
