Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven work experience in HVAC service-related project management.
• History of pricing, managing, and coordinating installation of small projects and repairs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Understand clients' objectives and provide strategic guidance on products/services to meet goals.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing accounts.
• Proactively identify client needs and drive account expansion by offering full service capabilities.
• Assist customers with planning and scope development for retrofit/replacement projects.
• Perform job walk downs and assemble detailed project estimates.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposal presentations.
• Lead project turnover: setup, pre-project meetings, and site visits.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans with multi-year growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate project and maintenance contracts with clients.
