Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Account Manager to grow service revenue by strengthening relationships with existing commercial and industrial clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, identify needs, and drive service projects, maintenance agreements, and HVAC solutions.

The role collaborates with Service Managers, Technicians, Estimators, and Operations to deliver proactive, value-driven solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC sales or account management.
• Experience with commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops relationships with existing HVAC customers.
• Regularly communicates with customers to understand facility needs and future HVAC requirements.
• Identifies opportunities within existing accounts for service projects, PM agreements, repairs, upgrades, replacements, and additional HVAC solutions.
• Prepares, presents, negotiates, and closes proposals for service projects and maintenance agreements.
• Educates customers on the value of preventative maintenance, system improvements, energy efficiency, and long-term HVAC performance.
• Maintains customer information, account activity, opportunities, and pipeline updates in BuildOps.
