Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking an Account Executive for the Tri-Cities area to build and own a portfolio of customers, focusing on HVAC projects and tenant improvements. You will develop relationships, present proposals, and drive growth with support from estimating, engineering, and operations teams.

The role offers base salary between $70,000 and $90,000 plus commissions and vehicle compensation, with ramp-up and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related technical fields.
• Proven track record of developing new business and expanding customer relationships.
• Degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the region's portfolio by developing strong relationships and pursuing retrofit and tenant improvement opportunities.
• Generate revenue by selling projects and managing relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and present effective sales proposals.
• Forecast and manage costs, billing, and project delivery.
