Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to form in-depth partnerships with customers and provide tailored HVAC solutions for commercial buildings. You will manage projects that require ongoing maintenance contracts or quick-turn tenant improvements within our Service Special Projects Department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related technical fields.
• Proven track record of developing new business and expanding customer relationships.
• A degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the region’s portfolio by developing relationships and pursuing retrofit and tenant improvement opportunities.
• Generate approximately $1.5M–$2.5M in sold project revenue in your first year, depending on experience and market activity.
• Establish a qualified pipeline that positions you for $4M+ in annual revenue as you continue to grow in year two and beyond.
• Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-value proposals and maintain strong close ratios.
