Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial HVAC sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts through outreach and relationship-building.
• Cold call prospective customers to generate leads and opportunities.
• Sell to C-level executives and technical buyers with tailored messaging.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, facility managers, engineers, and management companies.
• Estimate, bid, propose, negotiate, and close contracts at qualified margins.
