Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking an Foreman to direct, plan, and manage crews for elite project execution while ensuring compliance with PACK Safety and policies. The role includes a base salary plus a daily per diem, regular rotational travel home from the job site, a company vehicle and fuel card, and opportunities to lead in a high-performance, safety-conscious environment.

Required is a high school diploma or GED with 6–12 months of related construction supervision experience; travel to project

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage crews safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with PACK Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
• Foster team development through recruiting, training, and engagement.
• Provide feedback to improve safety, quality, production, and work environment.
• Oversee all construction tasks within PACK Scope of Work.
• Coordinate hours submission and daily activity reporting with the Construction Manager.
• Manage equipment utilization and maintenance for efficiency and profitability.
• Plan work-flow days/weeks and identify resource needs and risks.
• Collaborate with the Construction Manager on performance indicators and metrics.
• Contribute to problem-solving for challenging tasks and projects.
• Model PACK’s vision and values; build client relationships with integrity and trust.
• Assist in material and resource management to maximize project profitability.
