Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a Foreman in Oklahoma to direct, plan, and manage crews for elite project execution while adhering to PACK Safety and procedural policies. The role includes travel with a daily per diem, a company vehicle, and fuel card for on-site assignments.

Essential duties cover safety compliance, team development, coordinating with the Construction Manager, and optimizing resource use and hours reporting across the PACK scope of work.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all PACK Safety and Quality Policies and procedures.
• Promote and foster team development through recruiting, training, and engagement.
• Oversee all construction tasks within PACK Scope of Work.
• Maintain interface with Construction Manager for hours submission and daily activity reporting.
• Manage equipment utilization and maintenance efficiently and profitably.
• Plan work-flow days/weeks in advance and identify resource needs.
