PACK Power, LLC is seeking a Foreman to direct, plan, and manage crews for elite execution of projects while ensuring compliance with PACK Safety and procedures. The role involves coordinating daily activities, maintaining schedules, and driving quality and safety on site.

This position offers a base salary plus a daily per diem, travel home on rotation, and a company vehicle with a fuel card. The Foreman will work in High Voltage/Medium Voltage environments across substation and line projects,

Formación

• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in field conditions.
• Six to twelve months of related construction or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of medium/high voltage substations and transmission lines preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, plan, and manage crews to execute projects safely and efficiently.
• Promote PACK Safety and Quality policies.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager on hours submission and reporting.
• Manage equipment utilization, maintenance, and materials for profitability.
• Develop solutions to challenging tasks and foster client relationships.
• Plan work-flow, identify resources, and monitor performance metrics.
