SOLV Energy is seeking an Acceptance HV/MV Testing Technician Level 1 to perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair in substations, BESS and PV facilities. The role is remote with heavy travel to varying job sites; details discussed during interview.

Responsibilities include safe testing, documenting results, and collaborating with clients and teammates. Requires 1–3 years field experience and valid driver’s license. Salary range shown below.

Formación

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an electrician testing technician in substations or BESS yards.
• Ability to travel 75% of time.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize work hazards and mitigate using proper tools and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work at remote locations in extreme weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform acceptance testing and commissioning of equipment in substations, BESS and PV facilities.
• Ensure a safe working environment through adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare timely and accurate documentation and required reports.
• Write and review complete test reports of performed work.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teammates.
