Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking a hands-on construction lead to coordinate and execute activities for high and medium voltage projects across the utility, renewable, and data center markets. You will supervise 1–3 apprentices, ensure safety and quality, and interpret blueprints and specifications.

This role offers nationwide project opportunities with hourly pay plus per diem, along with a strong safety culture and growth opportunities within a family-like team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in construction.
• HV substations experience preferred.
• Experience with LV systems, blueprints and control wiring terminations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with safety policies and lead the team to do the same.
• Lead a team of 1-3 apprentices/laborers in safe, productive construction.
• Ensure workers perform job skills efficiently and on schedule.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders and assign duties.
• Suggest improvements to production methods, equipment and quality.
• Assist Senior Journeyman with inventory and material forecasting.
• Coordinate material routing, equipment layout, and site areas.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice.
