Alpha Staffing and Recruiting is seeking an experienced Warehouse Sales Executive for a hunter-focused role in St. Louis.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and generate your own pipeline to close new business in warehousing and 3PL solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales or business development within warehousing, 3PL or logistics, a proven track record of winning new business, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales/business development experience in warehousing, 3PL or logistics.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing industry relationships are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Sell warehousing, storage, distribution, and value-added services.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through close.
• Develop pricing proposals and negotiate contracts with new customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and facility tours.
• Partner with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and sales forecasts.
