Empower Rental Group is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for the Bowling Green, KY area. This is a performance-driven role with a strong base and unlimited commission structure, offering weekly pay and various benefits.

You will engage new and existing customers, build relationships, and drive revenue for our equipment rental services. The role requires a hunter mentality, excellent communication, and the ability to prospect and close deals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated sales professional who can operate within guidelines.
• High energy with a customer service attitude is a must.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Proficient level of computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must demonstrate competence and fearless ability to perform cold calls and prospecting.
• Advanced networking and relationship development skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, contacting, and qualifying new prospects.
• Responding to customer calls and maintaining CRM data.
• Tracking and following up on existing quotes.
• Assisting with project execution tasks such as answering questions about administration, delivery, or invoicing.
• Meet revenue quotas as assigned.
• Prepare and submit activity reports and forecasts as requested.
• Update and maintain the CRM database with contact details and activity notes.
