Job summary

Cogent Talent Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Augusta, GA to grow the customer base and drive revenue. The role is a hunter position focusing on prospecting, quoting, and closing, with strong internal support for pricing and delivery.

You will own the full sales cycle, qualify opportunities, and Reactivate dormant accounts while maintaining an active pipeline and tracking all activities in HubSpot. A valid driver’s license and independent territory management are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a track record of closing new business
• Hunter mentality: comfortable with Cold Outreach, local business visits, industrial account development, referrals, networking, strategic targeting
• Strong communicator with experience in shops, counters, and with fleet managers/owners

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new accounts across target segments
• Own the full sales cycle: outbound outreach, quoting, follow-up, and closing
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts
• Track activity, follow-ups, and deal stages in HubSpot CRM
• Maintain a documented pipeline with clear stages and expected close dates
