Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking an Account Executive in Chicago to drive new business development and build lasting client partnerships. You will collaborate with recruiters to deliver tailored staffing solutions across industries.

This hunter role requires proven B2B sales success, excellent communication, and a drive to exceed targets. Base salary plus an uncapped commission plan offers strong earning potential with first-year on-target earnings typically in the six-figures range.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a B2B sales role with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Competitive and driven to exceed goals.
• Skilled at building relationships and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Coachable and eager to learn in a high-performance environment.
• Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote).

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, and networking events.
• Grow relationships with current accounts to become a go-to resource for hiring needs.
• Meet with clients in-person and virtually to discuss hiring needs and present LaSalle's services.
• Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Overcome objections, negotiate contracts, and secure deals.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure a cohesive sales approach.
