Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane prevention solutions while following safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify entry points.
• Install exclusion materials like screens, chimney caps, vent covers to prevent entry.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, and foundations.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation per guidelines.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
