Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair and remediation work on residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane prevention solutions while following safety, technical, and quality guidelines.

You will inspect roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other areas, install barriers, perform minor repairs, and document work for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens and chimney caps.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations and other areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, materials, and interactions.
• Provide clear, detailed reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to address concerns or recommendations.
