Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, install barriers, and complete repairs while following safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes humane wildlife prevention, accurate documentation, and collaboration with sales and service teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with various software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify entry points.
• Install prevention materials like screens, chimney caps, vent covers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane methods.
• Maintain documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
