Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation on residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, install barriers, and complete minor repairs while following safety and quality guidelines.

You’ll inspect roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other areas, conduct humane wildlife removal when needed, document work, and review scopes with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify entry points.
• Install preventative exclusion materials to block wildlife access.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, and foundations.
• Humane trapping/removal of wildlife in compliance with standards.
• Maintain documentation of services and review scopes with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
