Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties. You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane wildlife prevention solutions while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires inspecting roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other spaces, installing barriers, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related trades
• Ability to work in the field independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials like screens, chimney caps, vent covers and barriers.
• Execute minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations and other structural areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane methods per company standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide detailed reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address additional concerns.
