Job summary

Critter Control is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform exclusion, repair, and remediation on residential and commercial properties. You identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane wildlife prevention solutions while following safety, technical, and quality guidelines.

You will conduct interior and exterior inspections, install barriers, and carry out repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with several software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify wildlife entry points.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and other barriers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other structural areas where wildlife may gain entry.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques in accordance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear, detailed reports and review completed scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any additional concerns or recommendations.
