Job summary

Texas Woman's University is seeking a Coordinator in the School of Human Sciences Admissions to advise prospective students for professional programs and support the admissions process. You will coordinate the program admissions workflow, review transcripts, maintain recruitment materials, assist with orientation and registration, and prepare reports on recruitment and enrollment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; substitutions allowed year-for-year with related experience or education.
Some experience within an academic setting required.
Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

Maintains recruitment packets and updates information/materials on TWU materials.
Schedules informational seminars for prospective students.
Advises prospective students via phone, in person, and in writing.
Discusses prerequisites and explains admissions requirements for all programs.
Coordinates the program admissions process and manages applications/databases.
Reviews unofficial transcripts to determine prerequisite courses.
Tracks prospective students and generates reports on recruitment and enrollment.
Assists with new student orientation and registration.
