This role contributes to the development and refinement of recruitment initiatives aligned with organizational goals, operating under limited supervision and in close collaboration with the Manager of Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Four years of HR experience, preferably in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruitment for TWU System hiring.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements for efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with Manager of Recruitment on departmental goals and strategies.
• Administer recruitment transactions, forms, and data across systems including Oracle Cloud.
• Generate and communicate data reports to identify trends for leadership.
