- Overseeing the Talent Acquisition activities with the Bank, including full cycle recruiting, applicant tracking system maintenance and usage, qualifying candidates, and building a pipeline of talent for future positions.
- Conducting prescreening calls and interviews with candidates and making recommendations to the hiring manager.
- Working with hiring managers on talent assessment needs for open or future positions.
- Actively building a bench of talent compatible with the culture and skills necessary to be successful in our Bank.
- Maintaining, updating, and enhancing UKG applicant tracking and Onboarding portals.
- Ensuring the best candidate experience is reflective of our strong team environment culture.
- Developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract passive candidates and position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Assisting HR Leadership and Learning & Development groups with talent development programs and career pathing.
- Researching industry trends, recruiting and onboarding trends, and career pathing trends, and providing recommendations to HR Leadership.
- Attending job fairs and recruiting events throughout our regions to solicit talent.
- Overseeing the internship program, recruiting for the internship program and any bank temporary or seasonal programs.
- Reviewing headcount and workforce plans with the manager.
- Building relationships with external partners, such as universities, professional organizations, and diversity networks, to expand the talent pool and promote the employer brand.
- Enhancing the company careers site to attract and inform future talent for the Bank.
- Maintaining and updating job descriptions, company information, and recruiting marketing material on third-party platforms used to solicit talent.
- Working with company departments to develop marketing materials for candidates that showcase the positions, career opportunities, and culture of the Bank.
- Complying with compliance and privacy policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and information protection.
- Complying with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures.
- Completing and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assigned.
