Shift : 7am - 4pm PST (US Time Zone)

Location : Remote

Job Description:

We are actively hiring a US-Based Hiring Associate / Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Expert with proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring digital marketing and creative professionals in the USA.

About the Role: Your primary responsibility will be to help us build a strong pipeline of qualified and experienced candidates in the fields of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, and Creative Design (Graphics, Content, Video, etc.) within the USA market.

Your key tasks will include:

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from US-based job boards, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms.
• Conducting initial outreach, pre-screening interviews, and coordinating interviews with our internal hiring managers.
• Building a strong, ready-to-hire talent pool for digital marketing and creative roles.
• Ensuring candidates are experienced, professional, and culturally fit for US clients.
• Working closely with our hiring team to fill roles quickly and efficiently.

What we require:

• Must be based in the USA.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, Hiring, Recruitment, or Sourcing in the Digital Marketing / Creative / Advertising industry.
• Strong knowledge of hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Indeed, and creative industry-specific portals.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and people skills.
• Fast, responsive, and organized approach to recruitment.
• Ability to deliver results and hire top talent within deadlines.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Prior experience hiring for marketing agencies or digital product companies.
• Experience in hiring remote and freelance digital talent.
