Job description

Position Summary:

Kenjya-Trusant, LLC (KTG) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Engineering and Construction Management within the Intelligence Community. This is a remote position; candidates must reside in the Baltimore/Washington, DC Metropolitan area to attend in-person staff meetings.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Work with leadership and hiring managers to strategically recruit for government contracting positions.
  2. Collaborate with Division Directors to understand staffing needs and role-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  3. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage with candidates in the intelligence community.
  4. Use recruitment metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals.
  5. Handle recruiting tasks such as communicating with candidates, screening qualifications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and providing candidate evaluations.
  6. Partner with HR, IT, and Security teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and best practices.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to access to sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience for IT, System/Software Engineers, and Cybersecurity roles within the intelligence community, with TS/SCI w Poly clearances, specifically for Maryland clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
Desired/Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
Pay Range:

The salary range is $90,000 - $125,000, influenced by factors such as location, experience, skills, and certifications. Note: Final salary depends on various factors including contract specifics and individual qualifications.
