Job Description

• Support development and implementation of recruiting standards for effective staffing.
• Assist in designing and developing talent acquisition policies, guidelines, and tools.
• Collaborate with HR operations, HR business partners, and management on related matters.
• Plan and execute projects to improve recruiting processes.
• Implement talent acquisition standards and ensure effective regional and local recruiting programs.
