Position Summary: Kenjya-Trusant, LLC (KTG) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide recruiting support in the areas of Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Engineering and Construction Management within the Intelligence Community. This is a remote position; however, candidates must live in the Baltimore/Washington, DC Metropolitan area to attend in-person staff meetings.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work with leadership and hiring managers to strategically recruit for government contracting positions.
- Collaborate closely with Division Directors to gain a deep understanding of the staffing needs and role-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with both organizational objectives and team goals.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media accounts, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and connect with the intelligence community.
- Leverage recruitment metrics to optimize performance to achieve hiring goals for the company.
- Perform a wide variety of recruiting-related tasks including corresponding with candidates, screening for minimum qualifications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and providing thoughtful candidate evaluations.
- Partner with HR, IT and Security teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with best practices.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Ten (8) years of experience working in an office environment required.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience full life cycle recruiting for IT, System/Software Engineers, and Cybersecurity in the intelligence community with TS/SCI w Poly clearances with the Maryland customer.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of Office Products (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook)
Desired/Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $90,000 - $125,000.
