Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Support Specialist 2 to support The Pass, a meal manufacturing and distribution facility in Union City, CA. This role will lead all in-unit HR functions while supporting a diverse, unionized workforce.

Lead employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll and compliance, partnering with leadership to ensure CBA and CA labor law compliance. Spanish proficiency required; union HR experience preferred.

Pay Range:

$32.41 - $35.10
