Oversees HR operations ensuring fair people first support through investigations coaching and issue resolution. Drives recruitment onboarding payroll CBA guidance and compliance while strengthening culture engagement and team development.

Leads HR coordination in a fast-paced setting, managing investigations, corrective actions, payroll, and labor relations while building an engaged workforce through recruitment and onboarding. Spanish fluency is essential for strong employee communication

Bring your HR expertise to a role that is equal parts strategy and support. In this position, you'll partner closely with business leaders to shape workforce strategies, coach teams, and ensure HR practices are aligned, compliant, and effective making a measurable impact every step of the way.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $103445 - $133870

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
