Bring your HR expertise to a role that’s equal parts strategy and support. In this position, you'll partner closely with business leaders to shape workforce strategies, coach teams, and ensure HR practices are aligned, compliant, and effective making a measurable impact every step of the way.
Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
$139145 per year - $180070 per year
Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
Influence business outcomes by aligning people strategies with organizational goals
Coach managers on performance, engagement, and workforce planning
Play a key role in onboarding, acquisitions, and change initiatives
Lead HR operations, including benefits, payroll, and records management
Help design and deliver programs that strengthen culture and employee experience
Ensure policies and practices meet legal requirements and company standards
Leverage data to spot trends, guide decisions, and support continuous improvement
A strategic mindset to align HR initiatives to broader business goals and influence key stakeholders
Strong coaching and consulting skills to support managers in talent development, performance, and workforce planning
Deep knowledge of HR operations, including policies, compliance, benefits, and employee relations
Experience using data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement
A collaborative leadership style with strengths in project management, prioritization, and building trusted relationships across the organization
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Management Experience: 5 years
Related Experience: 3-5 years
