Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Support Specialist 2 to support The Pass, a meal manufacturing and distribution facility in Union City, CA. This role will lead all in-unit HR functions while supporting a diverse, unionized workforce. Lead employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll and compliance.

Partner with leadership to support a union workforce and ensure CBA and CA labor law compliance. Union HR experience and Spanish proficiency required.
