We are seeking a talented and passionate human resources (HR) professional to join our team, focusing on enhancing employee relations and implementing effective policies and practices. If you have a strong background in HR functions such as onboarding, exit interviews, and conflict resolution, we want to hear from you! Your ability to communicate effectively and create a positive workplace culture will be essential.

Key Objectives of This Role

  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient employee processes and procedures, utilizing HR systems for accurate documentation.
  • Ensure the continuous management of employee data and workflows related to candidate management, new-hire onboarding, and organizational changes.
  • Oversee data / file management for new-hire and termination processes across all personnel databases.
  • Contribute to the design and communication of annual benefits enrollment processes and programs.
  • Proactively refine processes to enhance the management and accessibility of analytical data.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new-hire orientation logistics, ensuring an organized and welcoming experience for all new employees.
  • Provide support for staff dealing with HR-related issues related to compensation, benefits, recognition, vacation, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR records and employee files to meet compliance regulations and assist in presenting organizational changes.
  • Engage with HR technology groups, staying updated on software capabilities through webinars.
  • Collaborate with payroll and other departments, handling confidential information with the utmost care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of human resources or recruitment experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ethical framework.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience using PeopleSoft software.
  • In-depth understanding of national HR-related laws and regulations.
