Job Description:
Recruitment:
- Sourcing and closing the Non-IT & IT profiles form fresher to lateral levels as per the requirements.
- End to end coordination of the interviews.
- Pre-onboarding personal meetings with the candidates.
- Ensuring the professional compliance of the LOI, offer letter, NDA, etc.
Onboarding formalities:
- Arranging the laptop for new joiners
- Delivering the induction and orientation
- Welcome Kit, Welcome email, GHI, etc. to all new joiners.
Learning & Development:
- Delivering the POSH awareness sessions to all employees
- Managing the coordination of all types of internal & external trainings
Domestic Travel Management:
- Handling (bookings) end-to-end official travels of the officials
- Handling the accommodation (bookings) of the officials
Employee Queries:
- Handling the queries related to the HRMS Portal, attendances, Insurance, Policies, etc.
Attendance/ TS management
- Assistance in the attendance & timesheets
- Invoice management of the consultants
Vendor Management:
- Handling the vendors viz. BGV, co-working spaces, Stationary, Legal, IT, Banquets
- Taking care of agreements & SLAs
HR Event Management:
- Souring & closing the banquets & restaurants
- Souring & closing the vendors of corporate gifts
Assistance in IT Asset Management:
- Ensuring the IT Assets (Laptop) is delivered to the resources
- Taking up the IT Assets (Laptop) post offboarding of the resources
- Helping to IT dept for local IT vendor in laptop maintenance
HRBP Assistance:
- Policy formulation & compliances
- PMS Compliance
- Business Oriented Cost Matrix Formulation
- Manpower Mapping
- Employee Productivity Analysis
