Job description

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for performing HR-related duties of a wide array of confidential and highly visible nature. The Human Resources Specialist performs duties to assist in administrative support and coordinating activities relating to Human Resources operations in the following functional areas: new employee orientation, onboarding, payroll, recruitment, benefit administration, rewards & recognition/wellness initiatives, and the maintenance of human resource documentation and employee personnel files. The Human Resources Specialist balances multiple tasks and duties and works under deadlines. Performs other duties as assigned.
