The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing and executing specific HR functions,
including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and training
coordination. This role serves as a resource for employees and management, ensuring HR processes
align with company policies and applicable employment laws.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Assists with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
- 2. Coordinates onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- 3. Administers employee benefits programs and assists with open enrollment.
- 4. Serves as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support.
- 5. Maintains HR records, HRIS data, and personnel files accurately.
- 6. Assists with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and coaching managers on documentation.
- 7. Prepares HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
- 8. Supports company culture initiatives, employee engagement activities, and retention strategies.
- 9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in human resources required.
