The Position
The HR Recruitment Specialist plays a crucial role in both the clinic and administrative recruitment process, ensuring that the organization has the necessary workforce to operate effectively. This position is located at our IRG Administrative office in Mill Creek.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Identify and source appropriate talent which includes creating and posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Act as the primary liaison with contract staffing agencies for clinical roles, including communicating needs, coordinating interviews, negotiating extensions, and managing terminations
- Maintain awareness of department-level operations to support proactive staffing solutions and resource alignment
- Track staffing needs across departments, ensure timely coordination of recruitment efforts and provide reports
- Maintains the applicant tracking system (ATS) in Paycor Recruiting and in Excel for contractors
- Coordinates employee and contractor new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Maintains all onboarding, offboarding, and transfer workflows within project management software (e.g., Asana)
- Ensure all staffing processes align with the laws of the business industry
- Assist employees and contractors with questions about training, benefits, and policies
- Supports HR team in various duties as required
Expected weekly work schedule is between 30 to 39 hours in office based on business needs - THIS IS A PART-TIME WITH BENEFITS POSITION

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years experience in Human Resources/Recruitment or in a relevant role
- Requires exceptional interpersonal, communication problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Must have excellent written skills with the ability to represent IRG professionally
- Working knowledge of general HR practices and processes
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR project management tools
- Strong data entry, organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to function with minimal supervision and to be able prioritize, organize, and perform a broad variety of tasks
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team
- Judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must
- Be able to work the hours in the agreed schedule
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Must have valid driver’s license with the minimum Washington State insurance liability requirements to occasionally travel between administrative and clinic locations
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
- Work for extended periods of time at a video display terminal and will be required to use a keyboard to enter and gather information
- Physical activity including but not limited to bending, reaching, squatting, lifting and prolonged periods of sitting and talking on the phone
- Work schedule may vary based on urgent needs or project deadlines
- Required to work at an IRG Administrative Office located in Mill Creek and be responsible for their own transportation to and from work site
